Barclay Group Announces Delivery of Seven New Kroger-Anchored Shopping Centers Over 15-Month Period

Development firm expands portfolio with addition of long-term operating assets

PHOENIX, Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Barclay Group, a nationally recognized real estate development firm, continues to execute on in its retail development strategy with the delivery of seven Kroger-anchored shopping centers over the last fifteen months.

Recent deliveries include two shopping center openings in January 2025 - Flying Horse in Colorado Springs, CO, anchored by King Sooper's Marketplace (Kroger) which opened on January 22^nd, and Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, AZ, anchored by Fry's Marketplace (Kroger) which opened January 31st.

The additional Barclay Group retail centers that encompass this milestone are multiple properties across the greater Phoenix market, all anchored by Fry's Marketplace (Kroger) including:

• Gladden Farms in Marana, AZ, which opened in October 2024.
• Vistancia Point in Peoria, AZ, which opened in November 2024.
• Hudson Station in Queen Creek, AZ, which opened in May 2024.
• Heritage West in Buckeye, AZ, slated for completion later this year.
• Sycamore Farms in Surprise, AZ, slated for completion later this year.

Looking ahead, the company continues to focus on growing its multi-tenant retail portfolio. This portfolio now includes 25 properties across six states, including Arizona, Florida, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and Idaho.
