Bartell Drugs Signs with LexisNexis Risk Solutions/eRx Network to Use Real-time Prescriber Validation Solution

Comprehensive prescription compliance verification solution integrates easily into existing pharmacy workflows

ATLANTA, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LexisNexis^® Risk Solutions and eRx Network have secured their first customer as part of the strategic alliance that began in August. Announced today, Bartell Drugs, a family-owned pharmacy chain of 67 stores in the greater Puget Sound area, will use LexisNexis VerifyRx™ to perform real-time, comprehensive prescription compliance checks within their existing workflows.

The solution uses the existing, real-time pharmacy connectivity of eRx Network and the provider validation service from LexisNexis – on more than 8.5 million providers. It requires little to no IT integration effort or maintenance by a pharmacy chain and enables industry-leading prescriber validation across the pharmacy industry.
