Bathhouse to Open its First Philadelphia Location at The Bellevue

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bathhouse, the New York City based social wellness brand, is pleased to announce the opening of its first Philadelphia location at 200 S. Broad Street in the heart of Center City on September 25, 2026. Located within The Bellevue, the iconic building in downtown Philadelphia is known for its storied history. The new facility marks a major expansion for the brand as it brings its signature contrast therapy and ritual-based culture to Pennsylvania.

Spanning roughly 36,000 square feet across multiple floors, the Philadelphia location marks Bathhouse's first expansion beyond its home turf of New York City. The new location will occupy a multi-level footprint that includes the historic former Tiffany & Co. space, seamlessly integrating modern wellness into one of the city's most legendary architectural landmarks. Designed as a fully immersive environment for restoration and state-change, the space reflects Bathhouse's commitment to building essential experiences within the fabric of vibrant urban centers.

The Philadelphia facility will feature a comprehensive suite of amenities designed for functionality and sensory engagement. The majority of the experience is located in a dramatic, brick-walled basement level, featuring three indoor pools and three thermal rooms, including an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, and a banya, alongside a steam room. In early 2027, the location will debut a third-floor outdoor terrace that serves as a rare open-air extension in Center City, featuring an outdoor pool, a fourth sauna, lounge space, and a concessions area.
