Developed and lead by Autumn Calabrese, the program guides users through a fitness and nutrition regimen with dramatic results that focus on toning and shaping the butt and abs, and offers an overall healthy total body transformation over the course of 80 demanding days.
What could be its most unique feature, 80 Day Obsession is not a small collection of workouts which are repeated over 3 months but a different workout each day - 80 original routines - giving users the intimate feel of taking a new live class each day. The routines are designed using unique "compound movements," challenging cardio sequences, and strength training with varying levels of intensity.
