The acquisition of The Family Firm formally closed on September 15, 2025. Alaris Acquisitions, an M&A advisory firm specializing exclusively in the wealth management industry, acted as the advisor for The Family Firm transaction. With this transaction, Beacon Pointe Advisors now oversees approximately $49 billion in client assets, supported by more than 600 employees across 75+ offices nationwide.
