Katie Cullen's expertise spans strategic execution, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational growth, which she will bring to Beacon Pointe's Practice Management, M&A, and Strategic Integration teams. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Katie led BlackRock Business Consulting, where she worked with financial services executives and growth-focused advisors on strategy, business performance, leadership development, and the service of high-net-worth clients. Previously, she held senior strategy and innovation roles within the RIA industry and at Schwab Advisor Services. Her 11 years as a U.S. Army Reserve Logistics Officer have also shaped her approach to leadership, resilience, teamwork, and organizational growth. Her ability to align leaders around a shared vision and translate strategic priorities into action will be particularly valuable as Beacon Pointe continues to grow and integrate teams across the organization.

Sarah Green brings a seasoned regulatory and risk-focused perspective to Beacon Pointe's Compliance Department, drawing on extensive leadership experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, and enforcement. Before joining Beacon Pointe, she served as Vanguard's Global Head of Financial Crimes and Code of Conduct, overseeing compliance programs related to know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, trade surveillance, and a range of code-of-ethics issues. Previously, Sarah led FINRA's dedicated AML examination unit, coordinated enforcement matters, and developed industry guidance and training. She also held several roles at the SEC, where she managed examination programs for broker-dealers and worked on enforcement matters and training for both industry and foreign governments. Earlier in her career, Sarah practiced corporate and securities law, rounding out a background covering the legal, regulatory, and financial services sectors. Her proactive approach to compliance and risk will help strengthen Beacon Pointe's regulatory framework and support responsible growth.
