BeavEx Incorporated Names Scott McDade As Chief Operating Officer

ATLANTA, Feb. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BeavEx Incorporated, the leading national provider of same-day local delivery service solutions, announced today the appointment of Scott McDade as Chief Operating Officer.

As the new COO, Mr. McDade will be responsible for leading U.S Operations. Mr. McDade joined Beavex in 2013 as its SVP Operations for the Central Division, a $100M+ operating unit in which he held full P&L responsibility. In 2015 he was promoted to SVP Logistics and Operational Excellence, responsible for leading and developing improved operational performance strategies and efficiencies cross functionally throughout Beavex while driving both internal and external stakeholder value. Prior to joining Beavex, he was the Division President for Velocity Express and held full P&L responsibility for the Eastern United States. Mr. McDade attended the University of South Carolina where he focused his studies on Business Administration.

BeavEx is transforming to a new operations model that positions the senior leadership team closer to service delivery operations and terminal employees. This redesigned delivery organization will deliver a more consistent, effective, and efficient service experience for our customers. In addition to leading the US Operations, Mr. McDade will also be responsible for aligning the BeavEx management team closer to terminal operations which will enhance the leadership presence in the day to day operations.
