OTT (over-the-top) messaging applications such as Viber seem to be driving a threefold increase in messaging traffic which is forecast to double by 2019, as reported by Juniper Research. Beepsend sees the collaboration with Viber as an opportunity to improve global communication and provide businesses with an opportunity to engage their customers in another channel.
