LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Beesion Technologies, the pioneer of low-code telecom software, was selected by Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT) to transform the bmobile in-store experience to support both wireless and wireline services across the company's 10 corporate-owned stores and 90 national resellers.
Beesion's low-code software will complement TSTT's existing POS technology. It will include a range of applications that will help store representatives better serve subscribers from the moment they walk in the retail store. These include:
- Store greeter functionality – enabling subscribers to check in and identify what they need
- Product, services and offer catalog – enabling personalized recommendations, based on subscribers' previous purchases and consumption habits
- Streamlined validation – enabling quicker validation of ID and other documentation
The solution, which will go into effect this year, also will untether retail sales representatives from a desktop solution, allowing them to use a tablet to browse products and services with customers, prepare quotes, initiate and complete check out, and fulfill orders, all from one software portal. Representatives will no longer have to consult multiple systems, nor use manual processes.
At the same time, TSTT will have greater visibility into the sales process, with a broad range of performance metrics. It will also reduce order fall-out and shrink order-to-cash cycle time by integrating fulfillment and check-out into one workflow.
