Faurecia sought a more comprehensive portal to simplify the management of its unique benefit plans. With HR InTouch, Faurecia employees log into an online portal and enroll in their benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, short and long term disability, life and the Employee Assistance Program. Faurecia will utilize the BENEFITFOCUS® Platform and HR InTouch to effectively communicate benefits plan information while giving employees immediate access to all their benefits information in one convenient location.

In addition, employees only see benefits plans for which they are eligible, allowing the HR team to easily manage various benefits across multiple locations.
