Berman Skin Institute Announces Chi Nguyen Rogers as CEO
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Berman Skin Institute, a group of dermatology and cosmetic surgery centers in Northern California, announced that Chi Nguyen Rogers has joined its management company as its first Chief Executive Officer. Nguyen Rogers will build upon the excellent quality of Berman Skin Institute's innovative medical and cosmetic dermatology services, set the strategic direction for the company and extend the company's next phase of expansion.
Nguyen Rogers brings over 20 years of experience in building and scaling multi-site businesses across the healthcare ecosystem, and driving revenue, operating profit and market share growth across start-ups, mid-size and Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Berman Skin Institute, Nguyen Rogers served as Vice President of Marketing, Product Strategy and Analytics at McKesson Corporation, where she built targeted analytics and programs to strengthen McKesson's customer leadership position in its $150 billion U.S. pharmaceutical distribution business.

Prior to joining McKesson, Nguyen Rogers held leadership positions in marketing, sales and business development, product management and corporate strategy at DaVita Inc., Signostics Inc. and Omnicell, Inc., and advised healthcare clients in public equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions at Piper Jaffray, Inc. Nguyen Rogers holds a Bachelor's degree in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
