BERTRAM CAPITAL COMPLETES INVESTMENT IN PERCOPO COATINGS

Extends Firm's Trade Services Platform

FOSTER CITY, Calif., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bertram Capital ("Bertram") announced today its investment in Percopo Coatings Company, LLC ("PCC" or the "Company"), a leading provider of coatings and restoration services for commercial, industrial, and institutional structures across the Southeastern United States. PCC represents the fifth platform investment in Bertram's Ignite fund. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PCC was founded in 2003 by Mike and Victoria Percopo and is headquartered in Longwood, FL. The Company has built a reputation among general contractors, developers, and facility owners for quality and speed to self-perform across multiple trades, eliminating the need for clients to manage multiple contractors.
