Bertram Capital Promotes Kevin Yamashita and Ryan Craig to Managing Partner

FOSTER CITY, Calif., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bertram Capital ("Bertram"), a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle-market companies, announced today the promotion of Kevin Yamashita and Ryan Craig from Partner to Managing Partner. The promotions recognize their records of success leading investments across the firm's Industrials and Consumer sectors, as well as their leadership within Bertram, and reflect the continued growth of the firm. Jeff Drazan will continue to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
