Bertram Capital Wins Private Equity Firm of the Year and Business Services Deal of the Year
Firm Honored at ACG New York Champion's Awards
SAN MATEO, Calif., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bertram Capital was awarded the Private Equity Firm of the Year Award at the ACG New York Champion's Awards Gala held at the Metropolitan Club on June 18, 2015. In addition to winning Private Equity Firm of the Year, Bertram Capital was presented with the Business Services Deal of the Year Award for the merger of Sandbox Studio and OneKreate. The ACG New York Champion's Awards recognizes companies, individual dealmakers and transactions in the middle market mergers and acquisitions industry in the greater New York area. An independent body of experts representing a cross-section of the middle market industry selected the winning deals and dealmakers.
