CHICAGO, Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company ("BGL") is pleased to announce CoAdvantage, a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, has acquired Total HR Management. BGL served as the exclusive financial advisor to CoAdvantage on the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
