BGL Advises Staff One HR in its Sale to Oasis Outsourcing

CHICAGO, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company ("BGL") is pleased to announce the sale of Staff One, Inc. ("Staff One HR" or the "Company") to Oasis Outsourcing, Inc. ("Oasis Outsourcing"), the nation's largest privately held Professional Employer Organization ("PEO") and a portfolio company of Stone Point Capital and Kelso & Company. BGL's Business Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Staff One HR. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
