CHICAGO and CLEVELAND, March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of the Housewares and Wine Divisions of Focus Products Group International, LLC (FPG), a portfolio company of Centre Lane Partners, to The Legacy Companies. BGL's Consumer Products & Retail team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Focus Products Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
