BGL Announces the Sale of RiverRoad Waste Solutions
CHICAGO and CLEVELAND, April 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of Charter Waste Management, Inc. d/b/a RiverRoad Waste Solutions (RiverRoad), formerly owned by Charterhouse Equity Partners, to Navesink Management Investments, LLC (NMI), an entity formed through a management buyout led by Kris Bunnell, CEO of RiverRoad and Managing Partner of NMI. BGL's Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the financial advisor to RiverRoad in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
