He has extensive experience developing and deploying complex global commercial software products and services for a diverse spectrum of industries. Mr. Tillman has held executive and leadership positions in software product development at various companies including L-3 Communications, ARI Network Services and ADAC Health Care; winner of the 1996 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Mr. Tillman is responsible for all BidSync's system design, development and upgrades, including the coordination of product definition and strategy. As a senior member of our Executive Team, he is also responsible for guiding the company's strategic direction and expansion of the of the core system's capabilities.
Mr. Tillman earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Texas Christian University. He has a broad understanding of system architectures, programming languages, software development processes and product management. He has developed several successful software products for the ecommerce, aerospace, and health care markets.
