Biedermann, Reif, Hoenig & Ruff Joins Forces with LeClairRyan

NEW YORK, July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Recognizing a synergistic opportunity to provide European clients with access to its growing national footprint, LeClairRyan today announced a merger with Biedermann, Reif, Hoenig & Ruff.

The merger adds 14 attorneys to LeClairRyan's New York City presence. The firm now has more than 55 employees in New York City, including approximately 40 lawyers.

They routinely provide counsel to prominent European and U.S. multinational businesses, as well as mid-size entities, in the United States, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom regarding their U.S.-based operations.
