Running Aug. 20 through Nov. 1, the fall menu brings back seasonal favorites while introducing new treats, limited-time flavors and promotions for coffee lovers, families and fall fanatics.

EAST LANSING, Mich., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BIGGBY® COFFEE, the 460-plus-unit high-energy coffee franchise, is welcoming fall with a seasonal lineup packed with Pumpkin Spice, Apple Cider, Maple Bourbon and plenty of Halloween fun. Running through November 1, BIGGBY® COFFEE's fall menu brings back fan-favorite drinks and food while adding new ways for guests to enjoy seasonal flavors.

Pumpkin takes center stage with a lineup that goes well beyond the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte. Guests can choose from returning favorites like the White Pumpkin Latte and Chumpkin, along with the Sweet Foam Pumpkin Cold Brew. Pumpkin Sweet Foam is also new this year and can be added to any beverage for an extra taste of fall.

The collection includes the Caramel Apple Cider, Caramel Apple Creme Freeze, CiderBerry Red Bull® Mocktail and Chaider. From warm and cozy to cold and refreshing, the lineup gives guests several ways to enjoy a classic fall flavor.

Maple Bourbon is also returning this year with a recipe inspired by the original version introduced in 2020. Guests can enjoy it in the Maple Bourbon Latte or Sweet Foam Maple Bourbon Cold Brew.

Fall cravings go beyond the cup, and a fan-favorite seasonal food offering is returning Aug. 20. The Maple Waffle Sandwich features a Belgian-style waffle made with real maple syrup and pearls of sugar. Guests can pair the waffle with several combinations of egg, cheddar, sausage, bacon. BIGGBY® is also adding a new bite-sized fall treat with Mini Pumpkin Cream Cookies. Available as a three-pack or as a single cookie on the Kids Menu, the seasonal cookies offer an easy grab-and-go option for families and anyone looking for a little taste of pumpkin.

The fall fun gets a spooky twist beginning Oct. 1, when BIGGBY® launches its Halloween lineup for the entire month.

• National Coffee Day (Sept. 29): Guests can choose between a 99-cent 16-ounce hot or iced brewed coffee or a $1.99 16-ounce hot or iced Mocha Mocha Latte.
• Halloween (Oct. 1 to 31): Kids who visit BIGGBY® COFFEE in costume can receive a free kid's drink.
