Brambleton Group to be Recognized at Future Place in October

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Zonda announced Birchwood at Brambleton as the 2025 recipient of its Masterpiece Builder Award, presented by BUILDER, ahead of its Future Place event at the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Irving, Texas, on Oct. 27-29.

Birchwood also placed major focus on its amenity strategy, that began with its prime location with easy access to the city center, trails and airport. They also feature pickleball and bocce courts, a community greenhouse, indoor and outdoor pools and integrated trail-connected exercise stations, among other amenities.
