Bistro Babusan -- Fresh Asian Fusion Announces Grand Opening
DALLAS, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Bistro Babusan – Fresh Asian Fusion is proud to announce its grand opening on Monday, April 19, 2010 in The Village at Fairview, a northern suburb of Dallas in a 1.1 million square foot mixed retail complex developed by the MG Herring Group.
The menu will highlight southern Asian cuisine developed by Bengal Coast chef Neville Panthaky, including soup noodle bowls, wraps, curries, stir-fries, and skewer and salad combinations. It will feature a menu with prices ranging from $4 for "openers" to about $9 for full plates. The restaurant will also feature a full service bar.
Bistro Babusan – Fresh Asian Fusion was developed by a joint venture between Al Bhakta, President and CEO of Genghis Grill Franchise Concepts, LP, and Mark H. Brezinski, founder of Bengal Coast Restaurants, LP. Mark was one of the co-founding partners of Pei Wei Asian Diner before branching out and creating Bengal Coast, a South Asian fusion restaurant in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. The Chalak Group was the original franchisee of Genghis Grill before purchasing the company in 2004 and growing it to the current level of 44 restaurants nationwide.
