BlackArch Partners Announces Hiring of Michael Mazhari as Director

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BlackArch Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Michael Mazhari has joined the firm as a Director.

Mr. Mazhari is a seasoned healthcare banker with more than 12 years of experience advising on an array of M&A, leveraged finance and equity capital markets transactions. Mr. Mazhari joins the Life Science & Healthcare group at BlackArch Partners to continue building upon the firm's robust abilities to serve an active healthcare market.

Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Mazhari was a healthcare banker at Houlihan Lokey, with prior investment banking experience at Truist Securities, William Blair and Wells Fargo. He has spent his career working closely with founder-owned, sponsor-backed and public companies.

Mr. Mazhari earned a Bachelor of Arts from Queens University of Charlotte. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children and is active across the community through his engagement at Christ Episcopal Church, Queens University of Charlotte and as a coach across a variety of youth sports organizations.
