BLKBOX Names Brandon Weaver as Managing Director and Brent Dial as CFO
Expansion of Leadership Team Comes as the Company Continues its Growth
NEW YORK, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BLKBOX, a marketing and intelligence agency, focused on creating value by closing the gap between people and brands, today announced that the Company has appointed Brent Dial as Chief Financial Officer and Brandon Weaver as Managing Director of Brand Experience, effective immediately. Weaver will be responsible for leading the revenue and client success of BLKBOX's brand experience and innovation clients, including but not limited to Samsung, Marc Jacobs, The St. James and West Point. Dial will oversee administrative, risk and financial management across the business.

Weaver is a recognized leader in driving transformational change at Fortune 500 companies, with over 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development and consumer marketing. As the former COO of Bonotel Exclusive Travel, Weaver directly managed Bonotel's supply and delivery functions, as well as the sales and marketing teams, customer service and risk management.

A veteran of the financial industry, Dial brings with him a proven track record of strategic executive leadership. As the former CFO of Anheuser-Busch InBev North America's $1bn High-End Business Unit, he was responsible for accelerating growth of premium imports and craft beer brands such as Stella Artois, Goose Island, Elysian, Golden Road and Blue Point. During his time at the company, Dial oversaw the integration of eight brewery acquisitions and the scaling of the finance function from three to 35 professionals.
