BlogFrog Continues Growth, Hires Molly Theda as New Director of Human Resources

BlogFrog, who recently secured $3.2 million in VC funding, is on the fast-track for extensive growth over the next year and will utilize Theda's strong HR expertise to accelerate hiring as the company looks to scale its business and customer base globally.

The companies she has worked for range in scope from start-ups to $2 billion corporations. At BlogFrog, Theda will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, change management, and employee relations. Prior to BlogFrog, Theda was Director of HR at GoPro, a high growth consumer electronics company. Previously, she held the position of Director of HR for Jive Software, a global enterprise software company.
