The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement recognize the best in legal writing at the nation's 1,000 largest and most prestigious law firms. Nominations are submitted by managing partners at these firms, and submissions are judged by an Academic Board comprised of distinguished legal scholars from the nation's courts and top law schools.

The 13th annual Burton Awards event will be held at the Library of Congress on June 11, 2012.
