BluDental Clinique Holding SA welcomes SARUDA SA Holding as a new shareholder

LUXEMBOURG CITY, Luxembourg and ZUG, Switzerland, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bludental Clinique Holding SA, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, welcomes SRD SARUDA Investments SA, Zug, Switzerland as its new shareholder.

Bludental Clinique Holding SA (BDCH), one of the largest, fast-growing providers of affordable dental healthcare to Italian public, signed today an agreement of minority shareholder entry with SRD Saruda Investments SA (SARUDA) from Switzerland.

SARUDA has acquired a 49% stake in Bludental Clinique Holding, which operates through its Italian operation Bludental Clinique Italia srl, holding sole or majority stakes in a large number of dental clinics across the country.

The entry of SARUDA shall create a value for both its shareholders and its customers (patients) by providing additional expertize and knowledge in fast commercialization of the concept.

The Bludental Group has registered till today more than 100.000 customers and aims to growth in a number of dental clinics in and outside of Italy to over 100 within the next 2-3 years.

Bludental Clinique brand was created by Mr. Fabio Valleriani in 2009 with the goal to provide an affordable, high quality dental care to Italian public.

The group operates dental clinics especially in centre of the Italian peninsula. It is perceived a pioneer in cost-efficient and high patient value dental treatments.

SARUDA was founded around Sante Giovanni Albonetti, a MedTech veteran with around 40 years of medical technologies experience, and Daniel J. Novacek, MedTech international executive, and Ruth Ch.
