CARROLLTON, Texas, April 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Jay Wireless is proud to announce their involvement with the 4th Annual HopeFest Phoenix event at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona. The April 16th event is put on by CityServe Arizona.
CityServe Arizona's HopeFest Phoenix brings the community together to meet the immediate needs of the uninsured, underinsured and underserved neighbors, and then connects them to resources that facilitate long-term solutions, independence and stability. Through a collaboration of helping agencies, organizations and individuals, thousands of people receive access to free medical, dental & vision services, food, housing, haircuts, clothing, personal care products, employment services, child safety equipment and information, and so much more.
Blue Jay Wireless is the only wireless company to be a part of HopeFest Phoenix. Because of Blue Jay's strong relationships with the Office of Veterans Affairs and Goodwill, along with the Samaritan program that Blue Jay extends as an employment opportunity, HopeFest Phoenix has opened its arms to Blue Jay to be a part of this great event.
Blue Jay will be one of more than 150 companies and organizations on hand to provide services to those in need who attend the event. This event is an invaluable resource for assistance in many areas, and a way for those in need to discover information regarding resources that they may not have been aware of being available to them.
Blue Jay believes the successful result of an event like this is being able to offer employment to someone attending and to bring them aboard to the Samaritan program.
Kristy Belley, Blue Jay Wireless Regional Manager – Arizona, explains the value of HopeFest, "This event allows us to reach the greatest number of families and people in one single spot; more than any other event of the year. It gives us the opportunity to offer wireless service to hundreds of customers in a single day and help out so many in one place."
