CHICAGO, July 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Plate Catering is proud to announce the promotion of Daniel G. Joseph to Operating Partner. Dan, who was previously the Vice President of Operations, has been working for Blue Plate Catering for over seven years.
In his expanded role, Dan will be responsible for providing vision and leadership in developing and implementing Blue Plate's operational and sales initiatives. He will be responsible for all aspects of Blue Plate including growing revenues, driving cost efficiencies, strengthening financial reporting and controls and company-wide communications.
