Blue Sky Uranium Appoints New Director and Applies to Extend Warrants

VANCOUVER, April 15, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: BSK, FSE: MAL2; OTC: BKUCF), ("Blue Sky" or the "Company") announces that the Company has appointed Nick Demare to its board of directors. Mr. DeMare, a Chartered Professional Accountant, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Warrant Extension
The Company further announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of the outstanding warrants as follows:
- 24,906,588 that are set to expire on June 11, 2020 to be extended to June 11, 2022. These warrants were originally issued under a private placement completed by the Company in June 2018.
The exercise price of the warrants will remain at $0.30. Each whole warrant, when exercised, will be exchangeable for one common share of the Company.
The amendment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV").
