In addition, the cooktop's new innovative design inspires even more design possibilities when customizing a kitchen.  The all gas cooktop - available in 30" and 36" width sizes - combines commercial-style design with a number of sleek touches suitable for the home kitchen.  It features heavy-duty commercial stainless steel construction with durable control knobs and full-motion grates.  The addition of cast iron burner bowls that match the matte finish of the grates completes the brand new design. The new model is easy-to-clean - the one piece top can be effortlessly removed to clean up any messes that may fall below the cooktop surface.
