BluFi Lending Names Stacy Hunjadi Vice President, Division Manager for California, and Mike Cattivera Vice President, Director of Builder and Real Estate Relationships

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- BluFi Lending, a direct lender for home loans, appointed Stacy Hunjadi to its executive team as vice president, division manager for California, and named Mike Cattivera as vice president, director of builder and real estate relationships.  Both will be working at the company's headquarters in Carlsbad, California.

Hunjadi says she sees her new role as one of facilitating sales growth and working with the community. She will focus on finding additional ways to create strong community partnerships and business relationships with real estate professionals and home buyers in today's purchase market.

Hunjadi has been working in the mortgage industry for more than 21 years. Early in her career she worked at Bank of America Mortgage as a loan officer. From there she took on sales management roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Countrywide Home loans. Her last position was as branch manager at PrimeLending for almost four years.

Cattivera began his career in real estate, but moved to the mortgage business, where he has stayed for more than 25 years. He has held management roles consistently, often serving as a liaison for real estate professionals, and is well-versed in the San Diego market. He previously held positions at PrimeLending as production manager, and at National City Mortgage as western region sales manager.
