'Drops of Jupiter' is the natural evolution of Stafford's passion and enthusiasm for wines and wine bars, which he began sharing with fans by forming the Train Wine Club in 2010.  The full-bodied Petite Sirah sings with boysenberry fruit notes and soft, supple tannins, pairing wonderfully with popping flavors such as Bonefish Grill's Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Tokyo Tuna and Beef and Ginger Dumplings.  A portion of the proceeds of the wine will benefit Family House, a non-profit organization that Train is committed to, which provides temporary housing to families of seriously ill children.
