Boom! Mobile Releases VoLTE (HD-Voice) & Additional Features

BARTLESVILLE, Okla., April 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MVNO boom! Mobile announces the anticipated release of the VoLTE product on the boom! RED network. Subscribers can now add VoLTE to their existing accounts at no additional charge. This feature enhances the sound quality of voice calls over the LTE network and allows subscribers to use text and web functions during a voice call. Additionally, this service includes 6-way conference calling. Existing subscribers interested in this service should visit https://myaccount.boom.us and click on the VoLTE link.

New Visual Voicemail and Hotspot service has been added for Android subscribers on boom! RED. Visual Voicemail provides a visual interface allowing the subscriber to view and listen to messages in a random sequence. Hotspot allows a subscriber to make their device a WIFI access point. The standard version of these features will be included at no additional charge until the beginning of 2019. Enhanced Visual Voicemail including voicemail to text will be released on 4/18/2017 for Android device subscribers for $2.99 per month or $25.00 per year.

boom! Monitor has now been made available for all boom! RED subscribers. This feature allows subscribers to view recent usage summaries of voice, text and data. This feature has been added to the mobile friendly customer portal and can be viewed by logging in to your account at https://myaccount.boom.us. After logging in, click on the My Usage tab.
