Bow River Capital Completes Strategic Investment in Amazing Care, a Leading Provider of Pediatric Home Health Services

DENVER, May 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Bow River Capital ("Bow River"), a private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado, announced today that it completed the recapitalization of Amazing Care Home Health Services ("Amazing Care" or the "Company") from 3 Rivers Capital ("3RC") on December 31, 2021.

Headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, Amazing Care provides home health services for pediatric and adult patients. The Company's offerings include private duty nursing, skilled nursing, therapy, CNA and other related services. Amazing Care was founded in 2004 by Art Lowry with the goal of creating a home health agency that puts patient care first. Today, the Company provides home health services for families across Colorado, Texas and Utah.
