BP Logix Helps Contract Leasing Corporation Build Validation Into Its Business Processes

Having worked in and led the maintenance and analytics department of GE Trailer Fleet Services for 11 years, Giannetti had previously created the Equipment Management Service Maintenance and Repair Tool (EMSMART) which automated all shop management functions and integrated the leasing system and online customer portal to provide inspection and repair information. Giannetti found that capturing information accurately once, then reusing it throughout subsequent business processes, is essential to reducing errors and streamlining the customer experience.
