Bradley Rister Named Vice President of Commercial Sector at Stellar Solutions

Seasoned 30-year leader combines expertise in commercial solutions development and application to public and private sector requirements

Rister as Vice President, Commercial Solutions Sector. Rister brings to this role 30 years of advancing mission-critical capabilities across defense, intelligence and commercial domains.

Rister drives the company's strategy, execution, and integration of commercial technologies into national security missions and commercial markets.

Prior to his current position, Rister was Director of Stellar's Emerging Cross-Sector Programs, where he guided a diverse portfolio integrating commercial technologies with US Space Force and Intelligence Community needs. Among these efforts include his support of the US Space System Command's Next-Gen Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) enterprise systems and the Space Development Agency's Advanced Fire Control Ground Infrastructure (AFCGI) system.

Before joining Stellar in March 2023, Rister had a successful 27-year career at TRW and Northrop Grumman, most recently as Manager and Engineering/Technology Lead, Payload & Ground Systems Division (PGSD). There he drove PGSD's digital transformation campaign, advancing model driven engineering, pipelines, and digital enterprise capabilities. As the Business Facing Lead for the Strategic Force Programs business unit, Rister oversaw the engineering efforts and strategic planning for all programs, captures, and R&D activities in an $800M portfolio.

Rister holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He completed executive leadership programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Strategy Development; and at Stanford University, Design Thinking for Strategic Innovation.
