Brinson Patrick Professionals to Operate New Division of Meyers Associates

NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brinson Patrick Securities Corporation  ("Brinson Patrick") announced today that its professionals have entered into agreements with the boutique investment banking firm Meyers Associates, L.P. ("Meyers Associates"), to create and operate a newly formed group to be known as "Brinson Patrick, a division of Meyers Associates, LP." The new division will offer a broad array of corporate finance services, including at-the-market (ATM) offerings. 

Brinson Patrick has licensed the use of its name and other property to Meyers Associates. Additionally, as part of the overall arrangement, Brinson Patrick Securities will remain a separate and independent entity, with members of its team acting as independent contractors of the Brinson Patrick division of Meyers Associates.

Through the creation of this new division, clients of Brinson Patrick and Meyers Associates will benefit from an expanded scope of capabilities and services. This will include access to Brinson Patrick's extensive expertise in ATM offerings for corporate clients, as well as the ability to tap into Meyers Associates' suite of investment banking services and its network of over 14,000 accounts, including high net worth investors.
