Bron Tapes Holding Expands Aerospace Product Portfolio with Acquisition of NSL Aerospace

DENVER, Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bron Tapes Holding ("Bron"), a Rotunda Capital Partners ("Rotunda") portfolio company, has acquired NSL Aerospace ("NSL"), a leading liquid adhesive and sealant distribution company in the aerospace industry.

For more than 30 years, NSL has been delivering value at MRO, airline, OEM, and military customers through custom packaging and distribution of liquid adhesives and sealants. NSL is AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified through NSF-ISR and Nadcap accredited, confirming a focus on and commitment to serving customers with high quality products and services.
