Brookfield Residential Unveils New Single-Family Homes at Ridgeview in Damascus

DAMASCUS, Md., May 21, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookfield Residential recently debuted its new single-family home model at Ridgeview, a charming new community of just 19 homes in Damascus.

The Torrington model home is now open. Home shoppers can get a closer look by scheduling one-on-one appointments with a sales manager or a self-guided myTime Tour of the model or Move-In Ready Homes that are available at the community. Virtual home tours and appointments are also available.

The community features four available home designs with options ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms, 2.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and up to 4,500 square feet. There are only 19 opportunities, so home shoppers won't want to wait to secure one of the remaining homesites. Visit BrookfieldResidential.com/Ridgeview for more information and to schedule a private tour.

Brookfield Residential is making it easy to shop for a home online with available features like informative neighborhood videos, video tours of available homes, extensive photo galleries, interactive neighborhood maps and a kitchen visualizer to provide design inspiration.

"These are challenging times, but we're committed to helping our home shoppers in any way we can," Vice President of Sales and Marketing Gregg Hughes said. "Ridgeview is a charming community and these are some of our best, most popular home designs, so I know they'll go quickly."

The community is perfectly located for both convenience and commuting. Shopping and dining are minutes away in downtown Damascus. Local parks and outdoor recreation are easily accessible. The commuter bus and the Germantown MARC Station are nearby, and the location between I-95 and I-270 makes it easy to get to D.C. or Baltimore.
