Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) Advises Fomo Products on Sale to Innovative Chemical Products Group

CLEVELAND and ZURICH, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) and ZETRA International (ZETRA) are pleased to announce the sale of Fomo Products, Inc. (Fomo) to ICP Adhesives and Sealants, Inc. (ICP Adhesives), a division of Innovative Chemical Products (ICP) Group. ICP Group, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, is a manufacturer and formulator of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants.  Fomo and its parent company, FLM Group of Appenzell, Switzerland, were represented in the transaction by BGL and ZETRA.

Headquartered in Norton, Ohio, Fomo is a leading manufacturer of low pressure one- and two-component polyurethane foam sealants, adhesives, pour-in-place and spray foam in pressurized, disposable, and refillable packaging for construction, renovation, insulation, weatherization, OEM, and mine ventilation air sealant applications. Fomo will be integrated with ICP Adhesives, which includes the pressurized polyurethane foam adhesives business formerly known as Polyfoam Products, Inc.
