BSI Financial Names Rob Willis Head of Non-Agency Servicing

Seasoned exec brings proven expertise in complex loan servicing and asset management

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BSI Financial Services, a national mortgage fintech platform, today announced the appointment of Rob Willis as senior vice president and head of non-agency servicing. Willis brings nearly three decades of experience building, transforming, and scaling loan servicing and asset management operations for non-bank servicers, private equity firms, and institutional lenders.

In his new role, Willis will lead BSI's non-agency servicing operations, including the company's capabilities for managing complex residential and commercial real estate assets. His experience spans multifamily, commercial real estate, debt-service coverage ratio, bridge, build-to-rent, construction and business-purpose loans across performing and nonperforming portfolios.

Over the course of his career, Willis has overseen more than $50 billion in assets across institutional platforms. He most recently served as head of asset management and business purpose loan servicing for GenStone Asset Management, a division of Fay Servicing, where he built an institutional asset management and servicer oversight platform covering multiple residential and commercial asset classes.

Earlier, as senior vice president and head of servicing and asset management at CoreVest Finance, Willis oversaw more than $10 billion in securitized and balance-sheet portfolios. During his tenure, he helped reduce portfolio default rates from more than 35% to less than 3% and led efforts that generated more than $300 million in distressed-asset mitigation.

Before entering the real estate and financial services industries, Willis served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
