Bsquare Appoints Davin Cushman to Board of Directors
BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bsquare Corporation (NASDAQ: BSQR), a provider of software and services targeted at the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) market, today announced the appointment of Davin Cushman, CEO of Ignite Technologies, to the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Cushman will replace Kendra VanderMeulen, who resigned from the Board after more than 13 years of service. Mr. Cushman will serve as a Class I Director and, as such, his term of office will expire at the company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Mr. Cushman is currently the CEO of Ignite Technologies and its affiliates, a set of enterprise software and services companies operating under the private ownership of ESW Capital. Mr. Cushman is also the founder and president of Cushman Management Company, a boutique strategy consulting firm delivering executive committee and board of director level recommendations for the long-term, profitable operation of enterprise software companies. Prior to taking these roles in 2010, Mr. Cushman held operations analysis roles with Capital One Financial Corporation as well as leadership positions with enterprise software company Trilogy and its spin-off, pcOrder.com. Mr. Cushman earned an AB in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
