The new LinkStation Duo is based on industry-leading storage technologies, containing data management features that make it the ideal NAS solution for the home or small business user.

With quick swap hard drives, users can easily remove and replace either drive without any tools. In addition, scheduled backups to an external USB storage device, or any other Buffalo NAS device, provides an exact copy of your data for an extra level of data protection or disaster recovery preparation.

The new Buffalo LinkStation Duo is DLNA CERTIFIED (TM), allowing it to stream content to any DLNA compatible media device, including PlayStation 3 and Buffalo's LinkTheater products. Plus, LinkStation Duo acts as an iTunes® server, seamlessly integrating with and allowing the iTunes software access to music files stored on the server. The LinkStation Duo also supports Apple Time Machine® for easy backup and Apple Bonjour®, making it well suited for Mac environments. And for on-the-go, Buffalo's Web Access feature makes it a cinch to store, share and access files from any web browser via a PC, Mac or iPhone®.
