Buffalo Trace Bourbon Announces Two Football Contests

FRANKFORT, Ky., Aug. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Buffalo Trace challenges all fans of the NFL and lovers of fine bourbon to put their football knowledge to the test with both the Football Pick 'Em and Fantasy Football for the 2014 season. Launching on Monday, August 25^th, the contests require participants to pick both winning teams and top performing players. Participants are encouraged to register and make their selections before the season kicks off on Thursday, September 4^th, when the Green Bay Packers challenge the defending champs, the Seattle Seahawks.

"We think football and bourbon are best enjoyed together, and that's what these contests are really all about," said Kris Comstock, bourbon marketing director. "It's a chance for fans to participate in the excitement of football season, and to compete for some great prizes."

Along with weekly prizes, the contests offer grand prize winners their choice of $3,000 in cash or the Ultimate Distillery Experience, which includes a free trip to Buffalo Trace, the world's most decorated distillery, including hotel and airfare. Both contests are free to enter and will run throughout the length of the NFL season.
