The list was compiled by accounting firm Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, LLP (CB&H) in conjunction with Business North Carolina. Each company was ranked based on a combination of workforce and revenue growth from 2009-2011. Bulk TV ranked #12 among the esteemed list of 40 companies.

Since the company's inception in 2004, Bulk TV has become a leading provider of television programming services designed to meet the unique needs of hospitality, healthcare and multi-dwelling unit properties, as well as restaurants, sports bars and gyms.  Bulk TV has grown rapidly over the past eight years and now provides service to more than 225,000 units in over 2,500 commercial properties in all 50 states.
