Burger 21 to Celebrate Grand Re-Opening of Davie, Fla., Restaurant July 20

TAMPA, Fla., July 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Burger 21^®, an award-winning, "beyond the better burger" fast casual franchise, announces its restaurant in Davie, Fla., will re-open under new ownership Monday, July 20 at 2451 South University Drive. To celebrate, the fast casual franchise will give away Burger 21 swag bags to the first 100 guests on opening day. In addition, as part of the brand's unique culture, the restaurant will donate 10 percent of the restaurant's proceeds to benefit the Zoological Society of Florida, the support organization for Zoo Miami, on Tuesday, July 21.

The Davie restaurant is now locally owned by new Burger 21 franchisees Marc Osheroff and Dr. Handre Hurwit. The entrepreneurs also plan to re-open the Fort Lauderdale restaurant located at 2949 N. Federal Highway before the end of 2015, in addition to opening two new locations in the South Florida market over the next several years.
