The sale was completed Dec 1, 2015, and since that time both companies have focused on developing joint strategies for accelerated growth in serving the needs of businesses in the San Diego market.

The sale fits both companies' strategic plans, allowing BCS to expand its service offerings through a talented team of professionals from the StarPoint organization.
StarPoint will be able to offer its Managed Services across a large base of customers for BCS. BCS and StarPoint will jointly market combined product and service offerings throughout the San Diego market.
