C1 Appoints a New Chief Financial Officer, Adds Chief Strategy Officer and Country Leader of India to Leadership Team

David Croxville, Chief Financial Officer
Croxville brings more than three decades of financial leadership across global technology and services organizations. Most recently, he served as EVP and CFO of NTT DATA Services in the Americas, where he led finance, procurement, real estate, and IT across 44 countries, and successfully completed more than 10 acquisitions, including Dell Services. Under his leadership, NTT DATA grew revenue from $1.3 billion to $4.4 billion while driving significant operational efficiencies. Croxville is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University and his BBA from National University. 

Candace Holt, Chief Strategy Officer
Holt, who most recently served as C1's Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. In her expanded role, she will lead corporate and operating strategy, business transformation, and marketing, with a focus on advancing the company's strategy in priority markets. Since joining C1, Holt has played an integral role in shaping the company's transformation agenda, including strategic planning, market positioning, and key growth initiatives. 

Chandra Boddoju, Country Head, India
Boddoju, who leads C1's Global Innovation and Capability Center (GICC) in Hyderabad, India, has been promoted to the executive leadership team. Since the GICC's founding in 2023, Chandra has played a vital role in advancing C1's global strategy. His addition to the C1 executive leadership team reinforces the company's commitment to providing global capabilities that provide efficient service delivery.
